Hes standing on a cliff path overlooking the Sand Sea, east of Thirdborn. Leave the city, turn right, and follow the path south when you can.Youll hear the man musing to himself, and while he sounds like some of the other characters who turned into Dreamthralls elsewhere in Avowed, hes entirely safe. On the picnic blanket behind him is the Seafarers Boots map, along with a bunch of food you can swipe if your stores are running low.Seafarers Boots location solutionThis map shows you a river of red and a stone arch, with a broken stone tower looming in the distance. That tower is Tagos Tower, east of the Deadfall Highlands, so the map location has to be even with the tower. The only possible area that fits the bill river, red water, tower to the east is a spot north of the Sulfur Miners Basecamp.The fastest way to reach the location is by heading west from the Deadfall Highlands party camp. Spiders infest this area, so keep some grog or springberries on hand to cleanse poison in case you get caught in battle.
