Epic Games FAB Marketplace Launched
Epic Games have finally launched Fab, their new online marketplace for Unreal Engine, but also Unity and other game engines as well as various DCC tools like Max, Maya and Blender. Fab was first announced at GDC 2023 and is a unified market of various markets Epic already control including the Unreal Engine Marketplace as well as companies they acquired such as SketchFab and Quixel.It is very important to point out that Quixel Megascans assets are available for free for all game engines but you need to claim them before the end of 2024. This new open marketplace supports all types of creators with content for use across Unreal Engine, Unity 3D, Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN) and other digital content creation tools.
