In This Upcoming Indie Horror, Scream To Stun Horrific Creatures To Excape

If you can’t help screaming while playing horror games, then you must try out THREAT -SCREAM AND ESCAPE-, an indie game developed by C-Route and published by BookLive. In this game, your screams are the only weapon. 

THREAT -SCREAM AND ESCAPE- is set in a gloomy, realistic indoor environment with flashing lights to bring feelings of strong unease. The protagonist wakes up only to find that they’re in a mysterious research facility, and the only way to be set free is through your voice in the microphone, which will stun the horrific creatures so you can escape.

Instead of trying to keep calm when encountering them, feel free to release your inner fear by screaming out. As the game progresses, higher volumes will be needed, and it’ll test the limit of your lung capacity to shout out longer. “Managing when to scream and when to conserve your voice, as well as how loudly you can shout, will be the key to survival.” The map on the top right of the game screen shows your location so you won’t get lost in a puzzle-like environment, and also, the bar in the upper middle tells how loud you’re screaming out.
