The Lego Fortnite lineup will double in size in the coming months, as four new sets are slated to arrive between June and August. The most notable addition to the lineup is the Mecha Team Leader, a 2,503-piece display model for adults that you can preorder now from Amazon, Target, and the Lego Store. The set is priced at $250, but Target is currently taking preorders for $230. This is likely an error that will be corrected soon. The Mecha Team Leader releases August 1, but you’ll be able to build the three other new sets while wait starting June 1.
Upcoming Lego Fortnite Sets
At this time, only the Mecha Team Leader is available to preorder. It’s unclear if preorders will be offered for the other three sets listed below. That said, it’s worth noting that unlike the original lineup, these do not appear to be timed exclusives on the Lego Store, so you should be able to buy all four of them from major retailers at launch.

Lego’s Fortnite series debuted last fall with four building sets, including existing lineup of Fortnite Lego sets, which includes a massive Peely figure and Battle Bus playset.

The Mecha Team Leader is the biggest of the bunch, featuring over 2,500 bricks. Once completed, you’ll have a 17.5-inch tall replica of the colorful robot. It features articulated hips, arms, feet, and head, and it’s bundled with a sword accessory. As a bonus, you’ll get a Mecha Team Leader minifigure. They can be placed into a cockpit located in the center of the large Mecha’s chest.
Your purchase includes a few digital goodies for Lego Fortnite and Fortnite–two Mecha Team Leader and two Mecha Team Shadow outfits.
Mecha Team Leader would look pretty cool standing next to Lego’s Optimus Prime Transformers set, right?

Build the adorably terrifying Klombo with this 1,084-piece Lego set. With movable legs, an opening mouth, and rotating tail, it works as both a display piece or a playset. A Klomberry bush with detachable Klomberries is bundled in with the set, as are minifigures for Island Adventure Peely and Oro. Both can be placed on the back of Klombo to go for a chaotic ride.

This quirky playset gets you four minifigures–Beach Bombrer, Beef Boss, Grimey, and a skeleton. They’ll get to explore a small version of the Durrr Burger Restaurant, which offers a soda machine, condiment station, and cash register. There’s also an outdoor seating area for you to build and a removable attic housing a spider figure. Accessories include a cup, fried egg, shevel, and dynamite.

Peely, Sparkplug, and a skeleton minifigures are part of this small playset, as are figures for a Supply Llama and wolf with removable tail and legs. That makes this one of the best Fortnite playsets for kids in the Lego catalog. Beyond all the figures and minifigures, you’ll get to snap together a workbench and campfire to recreate scenes from Fortnite Odyssey.
Digital bonuses for this set include a Sparkplug Outfit for Lego Fortnite. Peely fans should also check out the Lego Fortnite: Peely Bone Set, which makes for a truly unique piece of home décor.
As mentioned, the Mecha Team Leader definitely reminds us of the Lego Transformers Optimus Prime 2-in-1 Set. Though they share similarities as robots, Optimus can transform into a semi-truck–making it a versatile toy or display piece. Optimus is a bit shorter than the Mecha Team Leader at 13.5 inches. But it’s also much cheaper and currently on sale for $144 (was $180).
