An Action Simulation Game Where You Build A Drug Empire Tops Several Steam Charts

A new face has soared into the chart of Steam’s Top Seller, making it to the second spot by defeating indie hit REPO. It’s an action simulation game that was just released in Early Access less than 48 hours ago.

Schedule I by TVGS is set in a coastal city called Hyland Point. It allows you to do something we barely have a chance to experience in the real world — lets you build your own drug empire starting with no money or connections. “Produce a range of drugs to satisfy your customers, each one with its own unique production process. Discover special recipes to create new drug variants with special properties,” the game description reads.

To deliver the products to the customers in the open world, you can walk, skate, or drive throughout the city. It might also be a great idea to hire dealers to handle your tasks.

But just like in real life, this business has to be conducted cautiously. You have to avoid getting caught by the police and rival cartels. If you do get noticed, you’ll have to fight back using fists, melee weapons, or guns.

Besides being the runner-up on the top seller chart, it also has topped on Trending Games, Popular Releases, and Hot Releases. 98% of the early 4.3k reviewers have concluded it’s a game worth trying, giving it an Overwhelmingly Positive review for its extremely fun and addictiveness. “This game is everything I want in a good ‘build your own empire’ game,” said player Cyberleak.

The developers plan to implement more expansions to the game as the game evolves towards its full release, including a bigger map, new drugs and production processes, a bigger customer and supplier network, “as well as more fun things to spend your hard-earned cash on.”

Schedule I is currently offering a special 15% discount on Steam, which ends in just a few days. This is a great opportunity to try it out. If you’re not sure whether to buy it, download the demo first before making a decision.
