Check Out These Breathtaking 3D Frieren Animations That Look 2D

Let’s start a new work week on a positive note by exploiting the collection of impressive painterly-style 3D animations, made by Concept Artist and Illustrator Dyzi Nlizi in 2024. Paying tribute to the highest-rated anime series of all time, Sousou no Frieren, Dyzi’s artworks initially appear to be 2D paintings, but are revealed to be 3D creations in the artist’s behind-the-scenes demo showcases. To create the animations, the author uses Blender, a popular free and open-source 3D software.
