Check Out This Cool Programmable Physics-Based Leaf Particle System


Hasan Tarhan, whose powerful and efficient physics solutions for Unity Leaf Physics and 3D Pixel Physics we’ve featured before, has shared a prototype of his latest project called Leaf Hero, which merges both into a programmable, physics-driven particle system.

Using the C# Burst Compiler and Unity’s Graphics API, Leaf Hero looks visually impressive, with the developer planning to take the concept even further, for instance, allowing the player to morph into various rigged models, such as a horse, bird, or other creatures, enhancing the gameplay’s dynamic feel.
