Check out this animation shared by a Professional Animator known on Reddit as Kalicola. The piece is footage from an anti-gravity racer that was created in Blender and put together in Unreal Engine 5.

Racing tracks are procedurally generated, and now the creator is working on getting the vehicle more steady and in control. He shared that the game was inspired by the classic Nintendo racing game F-Zero and pod racing. The project is not ready as a game yet and has been in development for several years.
