Creature Animator Mrinal Soni showcased this amazing smooth looping 3D animation of a plesiosaur, an extinct marine reptile.
The artwork depicts a Styxosaurus, an ancient water creature from the Late Cretaceous period. The animation was made for an upcoming dinosaur survival game INSTINCTION, developed by Hashbane Interactive, where the artist works as a Creature Animator. The game is a narrative-driven action-adventure set in a world full of prehistoric animals, which tasks the players to survive a mysterious organization and ancient creatures and unveil a mysterious and intriguing story.
Mrinal Soni shared that the animation was crafted by several creators: Sanjay Singh completed the modeling work, Nevil Thummar made the texturing, and Vimlesh Kumar completed the rigging. Mrinal Soni also expressed gratitude to Sanjay Singh and Jade Saunders for their feedback and art direction.
