3D Artist Nikodem “DemNikoArt” Bredlich unveiled a tutorial on creating a robot clamp in Blender, which is a new part of the artist’s Mechanical Rigging tutorial series on his Patreon.
With the new tutorial, you will learn how to create a complex robot hand rig that is easy to control, as well as master various techniques for setting up mechanical rigs, which will help you enhance your own works. The video comes with a project file generously shared by the creator.
The previous installments to the series of tutorials on mechanical rigging with Blender include lessons on visualizing a robot leg, gears, a robot arm, cables, and more. The artist announced that in the next few weeks, he would offer the viewers to “put those new skills to the test by using all of the new techniques to create a robot,” which is probably the alleged announcement of a new comprehensive tutorial comprising the previously shared knowledge.
