14 years after Final Destination 5 hit theaters way back in 2011, Final Destination: Bloodlines is reviving the dormant horror film franchise. Early reviews are overwhelmingly positive, with many critics calling it the best entry in the series. While the movie just began its theater run, the Blu-ray release is already available for preorder, including $40 Final Destination: Bloodlines Limited Edition Steelbook.
$40 | Release Date TBA
This 4K Blu-ray bundle does not yet have a firm release date, though it’s expected to drop by the end of 2025. It includes 4K Blu-ray, standard Blu-ray, and digital copies of the hit film. This version comes in a steelbook featuring wrap-around artwork from the film’s theatrical poster. Several special features are also included, which we’ve outlined below.
While this is currently listed for $40, there’s a chance the price could drop before launch. Preordering at Amazon or Walmart means you won’t pay until the item ships, and you’re eligible for any price cuts between now and release.
$23 – $33 | Release Date TBA
If you don’t mind missing out on the steelbook, the film is available in a variety of other formats. This includes 4K Blu-ray, standard Blu-ray, and even a DVD version. But because the Limited Edition Steelbook is just a bit more expensive, it’s probably worth the upgrade for long-time fans.

Final Destination: Bloodlines Bonus Features
Regardless of which version of the film you pick up, you’ll find heaps of bonus features included with your purchase. This includes:
- Feature commentary with directors Adam Stein and Zach Lipovsky
- Death Becomes Them: Behind-the-scenes interviews with cast and crew
- The Many Deaths of Bloodlines: Making of the best deaths
- Legacy of Bludworth: Featuring actor Tony Todd
