There’s a rumor that more Indiana Jones games are on the way, according to the information from a renowned industry insider.
A movie insider, Daniel Richtman, also known as DanielRPK, has recently taken to Twitter and shared that more games about the beloved character might be in development: “Looks like we’re getting more Indy games.”
Before, DanielRPK shared a suggestion that Sony Interactive Entertainment was working on a new Bloodborne project, although it’s unclear whether it’s a remake, remaster, or sequel.
It’s been barely more than two weeks after the release of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, and it is early to talk about the next possible games in the series. Indiana Jones and the Great Circle launched on December 9 and has been rather well-received, as it has gained Very Positive reviews on Steam and an 8.5 user score on Metacritic. The sequels to the title might also be anticipated and warmly welcomed by the audience, so hopefully, the rumor is true, and the next games in the series will be released one day.
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is a cinematic first-person action-adventure that follows the story of the legendary archaeologist. The story-rich narrative is set between the events of Raiders of the Lost Ark and The Last Crusade. Recently, a player accidentally discovered a third-person perspective in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, but it is allegedly only a bug.
