Thankfully, Amazon is now selling both the Ryzen 7 9800X3D and Ryzen 9 9900X3D, with the only exception being the Ryzen 9 9950X3D, at their MSRP. The 8-core, 16-thread SKU is listed for $479, with the 12-core, 24-thread version available for $599. However, the Ryzen 9 9900X3D only has a few units remaining in stock, and at the time of writing, we spotted only 15. Now, there are a multitude of Amazon sellers who have listed both the Ryzen 7 9800X3D and the Ryzen 9 9900X3D at lowered prices, but more often than not, these processors do not get shipped to the customers. In light of these incidents, what is so different about these listings? For one thing, both CPUs will be shipped by Amazon, so the guarantee element is always there. Moreover, if you place an order right now, it will only take a little over a week for either the Ryzen 7 9800X3D or the Ryzen 9 9900X3D to reach your doorstep. As for the specifications, AMD’s 8-core, 16-thread CPU offers 96MB of L3 cache, whereas the 12-core, 24-thread part ships with 128MB. The massive amounts of L3 cache are exactly why both these chips deliver unrivaled gaming performance, but the extra core count will come in handy when tackling applications that take advantage of multiple cores. We obviously cannot confirm if these prices will last, but if you want to futureproof your gaming PC, then apart from getting a capable GPU, a Ryzen 7 9800X3D and a Ryzen 9 9900X3D upgrade is equally important, and with the starting price reduced to $479, now is as good as a time as any. This isn’t going to last (Nintendo) They’re not going to last, but if you’re very quick a big UK retailer has the Nintendo Switch 2 console in stock at the moment, via a range of different bundles. The Nintendo Switch 2 launches worldwide on June 5 but from the first moment pre-orders opened stock hasn’t stayed available anywhere for more than a few minutes. That’s probably not going to change until much later in the year and since there’s never any forewarning, all anyone can really do is keep checking known retailers as often as possible. One of our readers has been doing exactly that and thanks to Mark Matthews we can tell you that as of time of writing Very does have stock of the console and a number of different bundles. As far as we can tell nobody else, including Nintendo themselves, has got new stock in but Very does and has created some unofficial bundles for it. You can’t get the console, or the console and Mario Kart World, alone but the following more expensive variants are currently available: Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World + Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom Nintendo Switch 2 Edition for £494 Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World + Samsung Micro SD Card for £479 Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World + Switch 2 Camera for £479 It’s a lot of money but if you have it they are pretty good deals, because Tears Of The Kingdom is a great game and the SD card and camera are useful accessories, depending on how you intend to use the console. The high cost is no doubt why they’re still available an hour after first being spotted but if they’re gone by the time you read this, apologies for getting your hopes up. When will new stock of Nintendo Switch 2 be available in the UK? It’s hard to tell what will happen with stock of newly launched consoles at the best of times, but given the situation with tariffs in the US it’s especially difficult when it comes to the Switch 2. More Trending Apart from anything, and as Nintendo has already pointed out, tariffs on other non-luxury goods, including food, mean that people in the US are going to have less money than usual to spend on video games this year. Pre-orders are regularly available on eBay but there’s always a risk in trying to buy something where the seller doesn’t physically have the item yet, not to mention the inflated prices. If all goes well then the Switch 2 should be more readily available by Christmas, but the more popular it is the more difficult it is going to be to buy one. While some of the major price drops on the latest M4 machines are starting to jump back up, we did spot one of the best prices to date on the 24GB 13-inch M4 MacBook Air today at $154 off. Everything else awaits down below.  Apple’s 24GB 13-inch M4 MacBook Air hits one of its best prices yet at $1,245 ($154 off) Much like we described yesterday, Amazon has been holding strong with $150 price drops across the M4 MacBook Air lineup, but there has been a few configurations that have dropped down even lower than that. We are now seeing the 13-inch 24GB model with the 512GB SSD at slightly better than $150 off right now – it is currently sitting at $1,245.26 shipped in select colorways. This upgraded configuration carries a list price at $1,399, and much like we saw with the 15-inch variant yesterday, Amazon is getting slightly aggressive here and once again dipping prices even lower at $154 off the going rate. This is the second lowest we have tracked on this model – the last time out was a few bucks less than this it and did not last for very long at all. This model debuted at $1,049 and has never sold for any less at Amazon than we are tracking here right now. You’re looking at $250 in savings and an Amazon all-time low. For comparison’s sake, an 11-inch 512GB M3 model without the Cell option will run you $899 from Apple and at least $827 at Amazon right now. The Wi-Fi + Cell M3 variant carries the same $1,049 list price as the M2. The M2 is not the M3, but for many the difference will be negligible at best. And considering it took this long to see this M2 configuration drop to a price this low at Amazon, you might have to wait until this time next year to see the same on the M3. As you can see in the list below, pricing is starting to creep up from the $100 discounts we have been tracking across the M3 lineup, making today’s M2 deal all the more enticing.
