Reddit is experiencing international outages, NetBlocks, a global internet monitor, said in a post Thursday evening. The organization notes that the incident is not related to country-level internet disruptions or filtering. Theres also been a big spike of reports on Downdetector, with the site showing a peak of more than around 47,000 reports as of this writing. Ive seen many posts on X, Threads, and Bluesky indicating that Reddit is down for them, too.But that being said, I personally havent run into any problems myself, so I cant describe my own experience with what might be going on. The platform has worked fine as Ive browsed from my logged-in account that uses Old Reddit, an incognito window, and on my mobile browser on my iPhone.Reddits status page also currently says that all systems are operational, so its unclear what the extent of these issues may be. Reddit didnt immediately reply to a request for comment.
