The Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs has issued a Request for Ideas for a new digital experience for the Watts Towers Art Center. The open call offers technology design studios and individuals the chance to join the DCAs mission of expanding programming and awareness of Watts Towers. Applications will be made available onits website shortly.Proposals should feature ideas for both enhancing the onsite experience for in-person visitors and virtual experience for online learners. Special consideration will be given to proposals that integrate community engagement and story-gathering into the overall implementation of the virtual experience.The deadline to apply is March 28th, 2025.
