There are plenty of weaker, joke-characters in One Piece that have quickly become fan favorites in the community. With Usopp of the Straw Hat Crew being the strongest example, these hilarious, yet often cowardly, characters show that, oftentimes, in One Piece, power isnt necessarily everything. Still, while pirates like Buggy and Usopp are funny to watch, sadly, it seems that their potential strength in the series is diminished due to their role as comedic characters.
