Image rendering by Brick VisualThe first, in Naples, unlocks an over 30+ hectares (75-acre) industrial zone in the eastern part of the city by removing railyards and adding a new public space. Buildings in the former Feltrinelli Industrial Zone, including the former Manifattura Tabacchi, will be recovered and have various new uses. This will become one of the largest urban regeneration projects in the EU. The firm says its plan also sets up an additional 100+ hectares (250 acres) of the citys defunct Q8 oil depot for redevelopment.Napoli Porta Est.
