Two nonprofit organizationsthe Riders Alliance and Sierra Clubhave joined the Metropolitan Transportation Administration (MTA) in a legal effort to halt the federal government from withdrawing its past approval of congestion pricing in New York City.The groups filed to join the MTAs lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York as interveners.
