Throughout the surprisingly sunny Northern English countryside of Atomfall, Radio Towers loom over every region except Wyndham Village. You may have tried to access these, but it isn't until you progress the Joyce Tanner Lead in Atomfall that you will be able to re-activate Radio Towers.
