But its important to identify which entity county, state, or federal government is able to change policy and what form of advocacy can make it happen.In an online discussion organized by the ASLA Biodiversity and Climate Action Committee, Henson explained OLINs work to advocate for change through the new Los Angeles River Master Plan.Megan Terry, ASLA, Michelle Garza, Hayden Akana, and Eileen Takata offered perspectives on successful climate advocacy in Butte, Montana; San Antonio, Texas; and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
