The studio said it wants Tomo, which looks like a cross between Pokemon and Minecraft, to become the "most accessible UGC open world" to date.Onibi is led by former Twitch head of research and Gameloft head of data science, Benjamin Devienne.The studio has already received undisclosed investments from Octopus Ventures, Sequoia Capital, SeaX, Financière Saint James, and others."With decades of expertise in shipping some incredible multiplayer experiences and platforms, we have previously contributed to some of the most renowned and successful game titles.
