Nintendo announced Friday via an update to its website that Nintendo Switch 2 games Mario Kart World and Donkey Kong Bananza will sell for the originally announced prices of $79.99 and $69.99 respectively, including both the physical and digital versions of the titles. This comes after the company previously delayed Switch 2 pre-orders, prompting speculation that the console and game prices would be raised in light of the Trump administration’s announced tariffs. On Friday, Nintendo also confirmed that pre-orders for the U.S. would now go live on April 24, and that prices for the console would are unchanged. The Switch 2 will remain priced at $449.99 for the unit alone and $499.99 for the Mario Kart World bundle. However, per the company’s statement, “Nintendo Switch 2 accessories will experience price adjustments from those announced on April 2 due to changes in market conditions.
