Julianne Hough has listed her longtime California home for $7.95 million. The dancer and actor, who currently serves as a host on Dancing with the Stars, has lived at the property for over a decade. She previously listed the dwelling for rent in March 2022, priced at $40,000 a month.The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom abode is perched on a private ridge landscaped by Trilling Landscape. It is located in Hollywood Hills, a neighborhood roughly 30 minutes away from Los Angeles. The adjoining dining space and kitchen are outfitted with a Calacatta Viola marble island and a Lacanche range. That space offers direct access to a covered terrace with outdoor seating, a built-in barbecue, and a pizza oven.Upstairs, the primary suite is equipped with a spa-like bath and a private balcony, which boasts panoramic views of Los Angeles.
