The design of France's national pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka from leading international studios Coldefy and Carlo Ratti Associati has the look of a fair favorite after the April 13th opening of festivities at the six-month exhibition.  As a follow-up to an early preview of its 'Theater of Nature' concept, organizers of the pavilion have shared photographer Julien Lanoo’s imagery detailing a stemwinding journey that invites visitors to be both an actor and spectator in a grand production of space and nature.  Via their transversals of the "looping narrative path" that weaves inside and out of the pavilion (whose porous voided facade is framed by 56-foot-high suspended fabric veils), those who experience it will come away with a more personal understanding of the symbiosis between form and humanity.
