In an inspiring display of community spirit, AnimAID, in partnership with ASIFA-Hollywood, recently held an art auction with Sotheby’s that raised nearly half a million dollars for our fellow animation colleagues impacted by the devastating Los Angeles wildfires. This incredible effort showcases the power of our creative community coming together in times of crisis, reminding us that art can not only entertain but also heal and support one another. As a Physics Simulation Artist, I can’t help but feel a deep sense of gratitude for the collaborations in our industry that allow us to lift each other up.
