New York's $10 billion Midtown Bus Terminal replacement gets final federal approval
The Foster + PartnersandEpstein-designedMidtown Bus Terminalreplacementproject for The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey has been approved by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).The $10 billion plan will construct a new2.1-million-square-foot facility in phases over four years with an eventual 2032 completion after a temporary space is built in 2028.
