The dawn of congestion pricing in parts of New York City is upon us for 2025 after a ruling on an ongoinglawsuit cleared the path for $9 tolls to begin in January, reports NYCs local NBC affiliate. The ruling, which is conversely being framed as a victory for petitioners from the State of New Jersey, allows the MTA to move "full speed ahead" on implementation with a remand to answer the courts remaining questions onair quality no later than January 17th.
