While there are technically multiple antagonists that appear throughout the story of My Hero Academia, All For One is often presented as being the major villain of the overall series. This dark and twisted individual would make first his official appearance during the Hideout Raid Arc where he made quick work of multiple heroes, before engaging in an epic battle with All Might, forcing the latter to sacrifice his powers once and for all.
