I remembered the Will & Harper Netflix documentary so that popped in nicely. I guessed ELDER and new TIM for BURTON. From here, it was just a matter of bouncing back and forth. SOBER was easy enough for 9-DOWN. I always have the most trouble with combined words like 11-ACROSS, despite it only being three letters. IGO is just not something I think of naturally.
