Tsarukyan suffered an injury to his back and neck that pushed him out of the fight.The fight was to be Tsarukyan's first shot at a world title. Makhachev will still defend his title in the main event.Renato Moicano will replace Tsarukyan and challenge for Makhachev's title. Moicano was originally scheduled to fight Beneil Dariush on the card. Both men made weight on Friday, but with Moicano stepping up for the championship opportunity, Dariush was left without an opponent.Some lightweights, like Michael Chandler, volunteered to step up on super short notice to fight Dariush, but the decision was made to remove him from the card.Whats Going to Happen With Beneil Dariush?LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - JANUARY 17: Beneil Dariush of Iran poses on the scale during the UFC 311 ...
