Tsarukyan suffered an injury to his back and neck that pushed him out of the fight.The fight was to be Tsarukyan's first shot at a world title. Makhachev will still defend his title in the main event.Renato Moicano will replace Tsarukyan and challenge for Makhachev's title. Moicano was originally scheduled to fight Beneil Dariush on the card.
