While there have been several antagonists throughout the Resident Evil games, by far the most recognizable is Albert Wesker. Wesker has proven to be a pretty despicable and ruthless individual during his many appearances in the series and has gained such an infamous reputation that even those characters who have never met him are well aware of who he is, and why he is considered so dangerous.
