Set on a small corner lot on a quiet cul-de-sac, the ranch-style residence features white wood shingles and blue shutters, with crown molding and other millwork throughout the home. A large black brick fireplace serves as a centerpiece in the living room, and the updated kitchen features stone countertops and built-in cabinetry. Its unclear whether or not the couple will choose to keep the property as is, however. The sale included plans for a possible 7,600-square-foot, two-story house with a basement that could take the place of this charming one-story pad.
