When pushing a wheelbarrow up onto its nose, the angle of the handles places stress on the wrists, before eventually overcoming the limits of the joints altogether; at this point the user must awkwardly transition their grip, at the precise moment that the load is growing perilous.To solve this, acompany called Pivot-All Motion Tools has come up with a clever design for wheelbarrow handles that pivot.These allow you to maintain the same neutral wrist posture throughout the entirety of the dumping motion.The company has licensed the design to Milwaukee and other manufacturers.
