It's actually the fifth mainline Wario platformer in the series when taking into account Virtual Boy Wario Land. Additionally, Wario Land 4 arrived before the WarioWare franchise even existed.In late 2011, Wario Land 4 was one of 10 Game Boy Advance titles given away as part of the Nintendo 3DS Ambassador Program.
