A central part of your role is to ensure smooth coordination between QA and other departments to deliver high-quality game experiences.[Responsibilities]Define and implement overall QA strategies and test processes for publishing titles.Manage QA schedules and make key decisions related to test planning and execution.Develop and review test plans and test cases to ensure thorough coverage.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify and define testable requirements.Lead the analysis and root-cause investigation of issues related to product quality and collaboration.Establish an effective QA working environment through documentation, game analysis resources, and QA history tracking.Work closely with HQ QA Leads to ensure alignment and efficient collaboration.[Requirements]10+ years of experience in game QA, with at least 3 years in a QA management role.Solid understanding of game development pipelines across multiple platforms (mobile, PC, console).In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, test tools, and processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.Hands-on experience with QA for Android, iOS, PC, and console platforms.[Preferences]Experience as a QA Lead during full game development and release cycles.Familiarity with performance testing and security testing tools.Certification in QA-related fields (e.g., ISTQB).Experience working with global or multicultural teams.
