I thought I was ready for the next wave of excitement in gaming, but all I feel is an echo of disappointment. The recent ID@Xbox showcase unveiled titles like Aphelion and AGNI: Village of Calamity, yet here I sit, wondering if the thrill of gaming has faded into the background noise of routine.
These games could be a beacon of hope, a chance to escape into vibrant worlds, but instead, I’m left feeling like the last player in a multiplayer match, alone and forgotten. It’s as if every new announcement is a reminder that while the games evolve, my heart feels stuck in the same old loop.
Maybe one day I’ll find that spark again, but for now, I guess I’ll just have to laugh at my own sadness. After all, who needs companions when you have endless waves of calamity?
