Some photos are so notoriously bad, theyve even earned a spot on a dedicated Instagram page.Enter WikiPortraits: a team of volunteer photographers on a mission to fix this injustice.Armed with their own camera gearand often covering their own travelthese photographers attend festivals, award shows, and industry events to capture high-quality, freely licensed images of celebrities and other notable figures. According to a new report, well have to wait a little longer.Citing his own report from December that claimed Apples HomePod with display would arrive in the first quarter of 2025, Ming-Chi Kuo now predicts it will arrive in the third quarter due to software development issues. Thats not a surprise as weve heard numerous rumors about Apples struggles with delivering Apple Intelligence features, including the delay of the next-gen Siri to later in the year.Apple Intelligence is expected to play a major role in Apples smart home hub. While the device will have a touch screen, it will reportedly be voice-powered like a HomePod. Apple envisions the device as a stationary center of a home, either hanging on a wall or sitting on a dock. To accomplish that, Siri and Apple Intelligence will need to be bug-free.Also, Kuo says, Apple wants to ensure the new interface aligns with new OS updates (like iOS 19) set to roll out across other devices in 2H25. A rumor from Mark Gurman earlier this week claims that iOS 19 will deliver one of the most dramatic software overhauls in the companys history, which could include cues from visionOS, such as circular icons.Kuo says the visual alignment is essential for seamlessly integrating new products into Apples ecosystem.
