    Bigfoot is such a cool idea, and running around at that speed with like.... all THAT going on just gave me motion sickness.Summoner is hysterical fun. All hail spiders. Tomatoe's are pretty fun too.The Adept is so cool in theory, but... once you have the right build is a bit of a "standing still simulator"  Also, if you have totoms or other turrets, there's very much the question each round of "Will my circle spawn NEAR the totoms , or far from them "   I kind of wonder if the mage circle should like... fizzle out after 20 seconds and appear somewhere else. Just... something to give a bit more dynamism, and to make the original spawn point less critical.Okay: added thoughts:Watering psycotic tomatoes feels great.Being a malevolent spider with 8 arms feels amazing. Feels very good and natural."Orbital" is one of the greatest and most fun abilities in the game.  I would take this even without the damage boost.Lots of fun, but also very silly. Good job.Replydave99993 days agowith some size you can kick the totems around to reposition them towards your circle, it benefits them too, adept can choose the wand at the start and with it you have no sustain problem anyway whatever build you want to set upReplynineGardens3 days agoOh damn- only just found out you can kick the totems!Okay, yeah in this case all is well. There's also the standard issue with knockback in these kinds of games. The lack of any enemy resistance/diminishing returns, means it's way too easy to get enough knockback that enemies cannot touch you anymore. Ranged attacks are too few and far between to worry about with the current levels of sustain. Meaning you can just Stand Still and Kill way too realiably.
    Edit: Lategame with 6x Wands I'm getting so much screen shake it's triggering simulation sickness. It was due to having Pierce + Bounce. The screen shake from my projectiles bouncing off the edge of the map.Replyoverboy8 days agothanks for your feedback, it will help for the game balancing!For now I try to avoid diminishing returns by design to make sure each feature and stat is super easy to understand because I dislike when roguelike gets too opaque, I prefer that the player fully and easily undestand each of its choices, but yeah that involves a good balance to find!In future updates, Life Steal will become harder to get, Knockback will be capped at lower maximum applied values.Regarding the overall difficulty, the full version has 3 extra level of difficulties, and based on some feedbacks i have from beta testers, the balance between the 5 difficulty modes seem to be close to what i'm aiming forThere is already an option to disable screenshakes ;)Edit: Would you be interested to join the beta-test of the full game? But admittedly a lot of the visceral feel of the combat goes away when you fully disable the screen shake. But when you have too many Leeroy/knockback projectiles/bouncing projectiles. It just reaches the point where simulation sickness sets in. Wish there was something like an intensity setting, or a way for it to cap out at how often a screen shake can get triggered.
    I agree on the opaque thing. But I was more thinking something akin to how CC Diminishing Returns works in WoW. Where 1st hit = full value, 2nd hit within 10s = half value, 3rd hit = 1/4 value. Then 10s of immunity before it resets. That way you still get knockback when you pick knockback. But you can't just perma nail enemies against the wall.
    Edit: Also there's a wording issuewith how multiple pentagrams work. If you have adept pentagram and the item pentagram the wording is "when you stand inside a pentagram" But the item one gives the 20% damage ONLY and the adept one gives the adept bonuses ONLY. Yes this game is a Brotato-like with many twists and new innovative mechanics, such as:- Equippable Boss Patterns- Minion Summoning- Growing Plant Minions with a watercan- Amount and Size stats - Physics-Based Weapons – like chained spikeballs- Kickable stuff- Playable character merge feature- Dozens and dozens of unique effectsI'm aiming for something like The Binding of Isaac meets Brotato — a deep, replayable experience full of chaotic synergies and wild builds that feel totally unique each run, with all the "being a boss fantasy and humor" deeply included in the mechanics and content :)Reply

There's also the standard issue with knockback in these kinds of games. The lack of any enemy resistance/diminishing returns, means it's way too easy to get enough knockback that enemies cannot touch you anymore. Ranged attacks are too few and far between to worry about with the current levels of sustain. Meaning you can just Stand Still and Kill way too realiably. Edit: Lategame with 6x Wands I'm getting so much screen shake it's triggering simulation sickness. It was due to having Pierce + Bounce. But admittedly a lot of the visceral feel of the combat goes away when you fully disable the screen shake. But when you have too many Leeroy/knockback projectiles/bouncing projectiles. It just reaches the point where simulation sickness sets in. Wish there was something like an intensity setting, or a way for it to cap out at how often a screen shake can get triggered. I agree on the opaque thing. But I was more thinking something akin to how CC Diminishing Returns works in WoW. Where 1st hit = full value, 2nd hit within 10s = half value, 3rd hit = 1/4 value. Then 10s of immunity before it resets. That way you still get knockback when you pick knockback. But you can't just perma nail enemies against the wall. Edit: Also there's a wording issue (or a bug) with how multiple pentagrams work. If you have adept pentagram and the item pentagram the wording is "when you stand inside a pentagram" But the item one gives the 20% damage ONLY and the adept one gives the adept bonuses ONLY. You can navigate from multiple different scenes and click on people and objects to gather important clues. I think it was a good game. I like that it's similar to the Golden Idol games. I also liked that you could see the exact amount of wrong slots when it's less than or equal to 2. It said either two incorrect or one incorrect. This isn't how it works in the Golden Idol games. Although, this might make the game too easy. I am not sure tho.

    An updated offering of blissful boomer arcade goodness is here! It's Snake, but every fruit has 5 effects assigned to it randomly. Eat the fruits to reveal their effects, then use them to your advantage... or die trying.
    Based on a hellishly addictive hidden gem made by Benjamin Soulé in 2015, this new Serpentes got a second serving of 11 fresh fruits to unlock, mix, and match with the old ones, featuring new mechanics, reworked old ones, and a new original soundtrack by Pentadrangle.
    Boomer Arcade at its crunchiest
    Select two bonuses to start your run, then score the best possible score in 60 seconds. Death is inevitable, but dying only means retrying the very next second, as the fruits' properties get reshuffled. As you reach higher scores and fill up the leaderboard, you'll unlock new bonuses to select at the start, and new fruits to mix into the game for new effects.
    Strategize on the fly
    The fruits have 5 rows of properties. The first row is simply score. The second one adds and removes lengths of tail. The third one adds enemies, obstacles, it makes your snake faster, and some other fun things. The fourth row makes your next fruit more valuable, or maybe you'll get a wider selection of fruits, or you'll get a way to destroy some of the enemies and obstacles. Finally the fifth row holds a variety of powerful bonuses and mini-games that play through the game of Snake.
    Complete a row on all the fruits to get 20 extra seconds on the timer. Quickly pick up 5 of a same fruit to unlock its fifth property. Try different priorities. Adapt your strategy to the effects you uncover. Or die and restart. After all, a run is just 1 minute.
    Pay to win
    The free demo for this game is essentially the same as the full game.
    However, the demo only lets you select one starting bonus, instead of two. This makes it considerably harder than the full game, though not impossible, and we believe it's representative enough to get an idea of whether this game is for you.
    Besides this, the demo mostly features the fruits from the original version, and only 2 of the 11 unlockable new ones.
    Controls
    This game plays entirely with the keyboard, or with a gamepad.Use directions to move your snake, and hold them to move faster. That's it.

    Cattle Crisis is an arcade shoot 'em up  game. Pilot your fighter jet to defeat evil aliens and save our precious cows! Cattle Crisis is a short game and currently features one level.

    As you shoot enemies or collect , your meter will fill. Once it passes the halfway point, you can activate Hyper Mode by pressing the Hyper button. While in Hyper Mode, the meter gradually depletes. Taking a hit will end Hyper Mode, but you won’t lose a life. Pressing the Hyper button again during Hyper Mode unleashes a devastating bomb, which consumes half of the remaining meter—if any is left.
    Scoring
    Shooting enemies at close range increases your scoreand causes more to drop, allowing you to charge the meter faster.While in Hyper Mode, enemies drop instead of , which grant extra points.     Game Loop
    You start the game in your bathhouse. Villagers queue up to be treated by the cards you play for them. After treatment is finished, the book opens and you choose a villager who helps you in return with their unique abilities. They will also give you a new Card for your Deck. The day is done and during the night the Entity becomes active, sullying the villagers Purity and spreading sickness. A new day dawns with villagers queueing up once again and the cycle continues. The game ends if the Entity kills the fourth villager or you fill the Villager's collective Purity for the fourth time, defeating the Entity.

    You 
    In Bloodletter your main possible action is playing Cards. You use your cursor to pick one Card at a time and drag and drop it onto one of the Card Slots. Click the Bell to call in the next Villager. As soon as you are finished with the current villager you can ring the Bell to get the next one.

    Villager Abilities 
     The Villagers also have unique abilities. These improve your deck or help you in treating the villagers. Per evening you can choose one Villagers Ability by clicking on it.

    New Cards
    In addition they offer you three new Cards of which you can choose one to add to your deck.

    Blessing Cards  
    There are three unique Blessing Cards. You are dealt one of these Cards if one of your Villagers health reaches 100. Blessing Cards have exclusively positive effects.

    Curse Cards 
    There are three unique Curse Cards. You are dealt one of these Cards if a Villager dies or possibly when you hit one of the Entity Trigger Points. Curse Cards have exclusively negative effects.

    Entity
     The Statue on your Desk houses the Entity. It’s your Opponent and sullies your Villagers Purity during the night as well as spread Sicknesses that lower their Health. Above the Entity hangs a vial containing the All Purity of living Villagers. Filling the vial up to the next Trigger Point damages the Entity. By damaging the Entity you extract a Bloodstone and it’s moved to one of the Bloodstone Sockets.

Make words that let you make words Find words in a randomized grid of letters. The used letters will leave empty spaces, which the other letters can bridge, allowing for words that weren't possible before, over larger and larger areas. Your score depends on both the length of the word, and the size of the area it spans. Make longer words over bigger areas to score more points and reach the level's goal before the timer runs out! I made the C64-inspired gravity-flipping platformer VVVVVV, the minimal action game Super Hexagon, and the dice placement dungeon crawler Dicey Dungeons. Those are my commercial releases. However, I have a bit of feedback about the burn effect, because it simply sucks.At first, it seems nice to have a status effect which can cause a lot more damage than your starter weapons can.However, as there is no late-game scaling, an effect that has no guarantee to give you even a measly 3 damage per stack just ruins your build later on. considering the fact I cannot sell artefacts once bought or gained, I might gain a coal from a chest that will simply ruin my run with severe damage reduction.Because I felt like this is a whiny complaint, I also have thought of a solution for it - area scaling. If the burn damage could start off small, but scale per area of the game you have passed, you might then be able to incorporate it to your build without it taking away from your damage potential. You don't have to use my solution, but I'd like another solution then, because I think burn is a great gameplay mechanic, and it's sad for me to avoid it because of it's scaling.If I'll have any more feedback, I'll post another comment. There's a few bugs, like, if I level up right after killing the last enemy, the game just skips the level up reel or I get an overlay glitch where I can't click on the 'stop' button and can only progress to the bounty reel. And, sometimes, I can't retry after dying, only after I refresh the page. There's some balancing to be made in regards to the bounty, the 0's are just too punitive early-to-middle game. And my build just gets extremely broken when I get lucky and am able to get lots of coins.The fact that I can open chests more than once makes getting artifacts very easy, if we could only open it one time, or if the chest enemy was stronger, this wouldn't be an issue.The focus power-up just seems useless right now, in fact, I can very easily beat the game without using any items, just weapons and artifacts. I don't know why this happens, but it never works properly. Second, the Knight enemy is way too to powerful. The damage is way too high for a normal enemy, with health that is 2.5x the amount of the previous boss enemy. At least nerf the health, as the damage isn't as big of a problem.ReplyGamsy3 days agoThis has SO much potential. Already an incredibly satisfying game to play. You love to hit big rolls. Feels really good. The things I think that might need to be tweaked are the fact that - at least through my playthroughs - I rolled 0's on bounties enough that anytime I got to a shop I HAD to buy the weapon and nothing else. I would've loved to experiment with other artefacts and items but my weapon was always about to break whenever I got to a shop and I only ever had enough money to buy a weapon. Too many zeros on the bounty rolls. For example, Got a random coal item that added burn to my weapons, but that's just a 50% chance to deal 3 damage once (which doesn't get boosted by other damage upgrades). With no way to get rid of it, it was a genuine downgrade to all my weapons at that point.
