Working independently as an early technical leader, you'll need to be hands-on, wear multiple hats, and balance strategic planning with execution. Youll be responsible for all aspects of development, from design to implementation and testing. Youll ensure the system is scalable, secure, and user-friendly, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Strong coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and self-sufficiency are essential, as youll manage the technical direction and be the go-to expert for the systems development. This role offers autonomy and the chance to shape the future of our product and grow into a CTO or senior leadership position as we scale.Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor and build a front-end & back-end development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Oversee the architecture and development of microservices, ensuring scalability and performance. Make informed decisions regarding the technology stack, tools, and platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals. Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert guidance and solutions. Leverage AWS or other cloud services to optimize and enhance the platforms capabilities.Backend Development: Design and develop a scalable REST API using Go. Implement core modules, including user management, creditcard transactions and ACH transactions Ensure the API supports, including a Web App and Mobile AppFrontend Development: Build a basic/scaffold responsive web application using React. Collaborate with the UI/UX designer to implement user-friendly interfaces for customer-facing and admin applications. Infrastructure and DevOps: Deploy applications AWS. Set up CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.Required Qualifications At least 5 year of professional experience in developing full-stack applications. Expertise in GoLang and Node.js. Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React or Vue.js. Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and API design. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
