With Marvels superheroes taking centre stage again, DC Studios wants to jump in on the action.DC wants its own Marvel RivalsReported by ComicBook, DC Studios CEO James Gunn was asked at a recent panel about the success of Marvel Rivals. At the panel, Gunn explained that DC Studios is totally open to having its own take on the hero shooter genre.When asked about the possibility of its own hero shooter, Gunn said: [Its] totally possible, Id be open to it. Of course, this means that nothing is in the works at the time of writing. After all, it took around four years for Marvel Rivals to go from its earliest pitches to a finished project with its current slate of heroes.Nevertheless, it would be interesting to see DCs take on the hero shooter format. With characters like The Flash, Green Lantern, Superman and more, theres a tonne of possibilities for awesome movesets and unique team-ups within the DC universe.
