Gleason, who lists herself on LinkedIn as a Senior Advisor at the United States Digital Servicethe agency that was reorganized to serve as DOGEis a healthcare executive who co-founded a no-longer operational telehealth company called CareSync and served as the Chief Product Officer at rural healthcare provider Main Street Health. She seems like a somewhat unconventional but, by Trump administration standards at least, quite reasonable pick to help operate an agency that she already has experience working within.
