The winner of the estimated 15 million contract will work with the council to design and deliver a long-term upgrade of defences along the River Avon to protect homes and businesses from the growing risk of flooding caused by climate change.The project aims to future proof the city against rising water levels, promote active travel and urban greening, and help to unlock regeneration opportunities.
