Ember rufflizards are a kind of endemic life in Monster Hunter Wilds. Youll need to capture them as part of a side quest, Dareels Research Report (Cont.), for Dareel at the Windward Plains base camp.This is third side quest in Dareel and Samins ongoing feud youve already caught a tracktail lizard and a dapperwing. Ember rufflizards like to be near lava, so youll need to look in some of the lower areas of the basin where theres, you know, lava.Area 15 is a good place to start. There arent any pop-up camps down there, but there is a lava vent you can set as your waypoint.Once there, ember rufflizards are pretty easy to spot. Their neon green coloration stands out pretty well against the red lava.How to catch an ember rufflizard in Monster Hunter WildsOnce youve spotted an ember rufflizard, all thats left is to catch them. Equip your capture net either from the item bar or from your Essential Items radial menu.With the new rectangle reticle, approach the lizards slowly until the reticle turns yellow-orange and fire it.
