However, if you enjoy the challenge of identifying the right prospects, starting meaningful conversations, and consistently setting up qualified sales calls, we would love to speak with you.ResponsibilitiesMake 50+ outbound calls per day to school counselors and principals.Send personalized emails and social media messages to engage prospects.Follow a structured outreach cadence that includes calls, voicemails, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.Set 8-12 qualified meetings per week with decision-makers.Qualify leads effectively and ensure meetings are scheduled with high-intent prospects.Log all activities in HubSpot CRM and keep the sales pipeline updated.Handle objections professionally and guide conversations toward solutions.QualificationsAt least one to two years of outbound SDR experience (B2B preferred).Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas.Comfortable with rejection and able to turn objections into opportunities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or a similar CRM.Ability to follow a structured sales process and messaging strategy.Looking for a long-term opportunity to grow within the company.This Role is Not a Fit IfYou are new to sales and looking for an entry-level role.You need a base salary higher than $48,000 per year.You are not comfortable making 50+ calls per day.You need daily check-ins or high levels of supervision.You get easily discouraged by rejection and prefer inbound leads over outbound prospecting.Compensation and Growth OpportunityBase Salary: $42,000 - $48,000 per yearCommission Structure:$75 per scheduled meeting$300 per closed deal from meetings you setOn-Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000 - $75,000 per year with strong performanceFully remote position (must be based in the U.S.)Opportunities for career growth into full-time sales or leadership rolesHow to ApplyWe are serious about hiring the right person, and we want to ensure this role is the right fit for you.To apply, please submit:A brief cover letter explaining your SDR experience and biggest sales win.Your resume, with clear sales metrics and performance results.(Optional- but recommende) A short video or voice introduction explaining why this role excites you.
