Konami has seen great success with Bloober Teams Silent Hill 2 remake, and as the two renew their agreement, theres hope for more remakes. However, all eyes are on the next mainline title, Silent Hill f, developed by NeoBards Entertainment and coming to PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.Add PlayStation 5 Pro to the list, with the games PlayStation Store listing carrying the Enhanced tag. Of course, the developer hasnt specified what fans can look forward to, but given the PC requirements, its safe to expect some use of PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution for 4K upscaling. Heres hoping the results are better than with Silent Hill 2 remake.A release date for Silent Hill f has yet to be announced, though, with its rating in South Korea last January, it could arrive later this year. The story follows student Shimizu Hinako in Ebisugaoka, who must battle against the fogs terrifying monstrosities while making a choice between beauty and madness.
