Thats the main question you need to ask yourself when choosing a Windows laptop (or any computing device, to be honest). Its easy to overspend and get far more computer than you actually need, or skimp too much and find yourself with an under-powered processor and too little memory. Any computer that includes an NPU (neural processing unit) is an AI PC, since that chip can offload some tasks from the CPU and GPU.
