Following this new update, the Helldivers 2 CEO has confirmed a weapon-ruining bug and has responded to a demand for nerfs over the new bots.Helldivers 2 CEO confirms bug and responds to fans wanting nerfsArrowhead recently released the Helldivers 2 update 01.002.200 patch notes, and this delivered a bunch of intended buffs and nerfs for weapons. However, following the release of the patch, fans noticed changes to the grenade launcher not mentioned in the patch notes.As shared by frustrated players on Reddit, the grenade launcher received a huge nerf to its range. Players noticed that it has now has the range of the Ultimatum, which means It has less range than simply throwing grenades.Players were unsure whether this was a bug or a secret nerf. Fortunately, Arrowhead CEO, Shams Jorjani, has confirmed on Discord that it is indeed a bug. In addition to confirming the GL bug, Jorjani also responded to fans wanting the new bots to be nerfed.There have been some complaints about the difficulty of the new bots online, with some players calling for them to be nerfed while others have pleaded with Arrowhead not to nerf at all.
