Last June, Playtonic officially announcedYooka-Replaylee,a remastered version of its debut 3D platformer, and now we have a firmer idea (comparatively, at least) of when the game will land. The developer has announced alongside co-publisher PM Studios thatYooka-Replayleewill release sometime this year. A narrower window hasnt yet been confirmed.Meanwhile, a new gameplay trailer has also been released to offer another extended look atYooka-Replayleeand all the improvements, additions, and changes it will boast. In addition to overhauled visuals, a new control scheme, new in-game challenges (as well as improved versions of pre-existing ones), fully orchestrated music, new currency to hunt down and collect, and much more.
