We used sophisticated data analytics to identify savings opportunities making prescription drugs more affordable to our clients, and their employees, helping to improve quality of life and quality of outcome.The Healthcare Analyst will be an integral part of the Business Operations team and focused on data ingestion and the QC of data against our proprietary software dataset. The HA will develop insights into the pharmaceutical spend for clients and prospects. Additionally, the HA will leverage data and technology to identify trends in pharmacy spend, changes in drug pricing, and to identify client opportunities for reducing waste and abuse. The HA will utilize our Scripta software and Tableau for support and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.We are looking for someone with a comprehensive analytical toolkit and the ability to dive in and help drive Business Operations and analytics. In this role, the Healthcare Analyst will have the opportunity to partner with cross-functional team members and leaders in areas such as Sales, Product Management, Member Engagement, and Data Engineering. You will develop analytical frameworks and insights to support strategic decisions throughout all levels of the organizations.
