Shared by WoWHead, there is a new Cooldown Manager in WoW patch 11.1.5.This new Cooldown Manager copies some of the most popular cooldown tracking from WeakAuras. Below are the four areas covered by Blizzards Cooldown Manager as highlighted by WoWHead:Essential CooldownsIn this area you will find most of your class cooldowns. For example, as a Shadow Priest, this section tracks both short rotational cooldowns likeMind BlastandShadow Word: Deathand longer cooldowns like Dark AscensionandPower Infusion.Utility CooldownsSimilar to the Essential Cooldowns area, this area deals with utility spells, tracking both short utility spells likePower Word: ShieldandAngelic Feather, and longer ones likeDispersionandDesperate Prayer.Tracked BuffsThis section tracks procs your spec has that can change your rotation. In the example, the tracked procs areDeathspeaker,Shadowy Insight, andUnfurling Darkness.Tracked BarsThe final section is different from the other tree, offering bars to closely track the duration of impactful cooldowns. In the example, it tracksShadowfiendandEntropic Rift. While Blizzards Cooldown Manager is appreciated, it does lack customization compared to WeakAuras. The only customization options for Blizzards Cooldown Manager are as follows:Orientation Horizontal or VerticalNumber of Columns 1 to 20Icon Direction Left or RightIcon Size 50% to 200%Icon Padding 2 to 10Opacity 50% to 100%Visibility Always Visible, In Combat, HiddenShow Timer Toggle(Tracked Buffs Only) Hide When Inactive Toggle(Tracked Bars Only) Display Mode Icon and Name, Icon Only, Name OnlyIn other WoW news, Blizzard has discussed how the games longevity isnt because of legacy, but because of the games willingness to evolve.Related TopicsWorld of Warcraft Subscribe to our newsletters!By subscribing, you agree to our Privacy Policy and may receive occasional deal communications; you can unsubscribe anytime.Share
